It joined forces with the Internet Travel Group in 1998 and became a publicly-listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange with a turnover of over $450 million.

After the company was founded in 1995, CTS was recognised 3 years later by BRW as one of the top 10 fastest growing private companies in Australia.

In 1998, the company merged with Internet Travel Group and became a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange with a turnover exceeding $450m.
