Founded in 1991, Rosch Group was an executive recruitment firm, providing headhunting, market intelligence and consulting services to some of Australia’s largest and most prestigious corporations. The company grew from a boutique practice to one of the industry’s most successful organisations with offices in Melbourne,Sydney and Singapore. With its continued success, Rosch Group was listed in BRW as one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in Australia, four years in a row!
To provide some context, headhunting had long been a method of recruitment reservedfor top-tier positions only. Rosch ignored these traditional models, headhunting across all levels and roles –from MDs to PA. This point of difference ensured that only the best candidates were presented every time.
In 2016, Rosch Group merged with Redwolf Consulting –a digitally progressive technology recruitment firm –to form Redwolf + Rosch.
In the space of two years, Redwolf + Rosch had established itself as a specialist digital, IT, sales & marketing recruitment consultancy, partnering with many start-ups and agencies, helping them secure the best and most talented permanent, contract and freelance staff in the country.
Since then, Redwolf + Rosch have expanded nationally, growing their client portfolio from agencies and start-ups to also include tier one enterprise, government and multi-national organisations.
